I’ve worked at 4 of the premier schools of their kind in one of the most institutionally diverse regions in the country, and have been a part of teams in resource-strained environments to resource-flush ones.

  • Delaware County Community College, a public community college that annually serves 16,000 credit and non-credit students across two counties in the Philadelphia suburbs

  • Drexel University, a private university in West Philadelphia with over 21,000 students and one of the oldest and largest cooperative education programs in the country

  • Penn State, a semi-public Big Ten university in central Pennsylvania with nearly 88,000 students across 24 campuses and multiple instructional modalities

  • West Chester University, a public university in the Philadelphia suburbs that enrolls roughly 21% of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE)

I founded this freelance organization to build your own project management office (PMO) with you. The name is simply our goal: build the PMO that fits your business. We’ll keep running it or hand it off to you, and either way it will be in good hands.

During my work with creative agencies, small businesses, and colleges and universities, I noticed the same thing: individual projects may get complete (and sometimes not), but there wasn’t a sustainable method to managing them.

And executives never knew what was going on. It wasn’t always their fault.
