My Story
My interest in project management started with a simple observation: great teams can do even more when the work is structured well.
As Director of Project Management for Drexel University’s Division of Marketing and Communications, I established a PMO to support 70+ professionals delivering 2,600+ annual deliverables across 350+ annual projects and initiatives. By standardizing intake, workflows, and reporting, we increased output, improved visibility, and reduced operational overhead.
Now, through Your Own PMO, I help creative agencies, higher education institutions, and growing businesses build the operational foundation they need to do their best work.
